In receiving the booking form we will send you a confirmation message within ten days you have to deposit the caution money on our bank account .
Deposit: 30% of the total cost of the stay
The booking will be considered confirmed in receiving these sums. The stay payment will be executed during check in.

In case of renunciation of the confirmed booking by our customer, we will apply the following renunciation penalties:
From 30 to 20 days before the stay, 50% of the deposit
From 20 to 14 days before the stay, 85% of the deposit
14 days prior your stay, 100% of the deposit
